Gregory G. St. Arnauld was born in 1958 in Calumet, Michigan. Greg graduated cum laude from Central Michigan University in 1981 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1984.

Greg’s practice is focused primarily on representing businesses of all types and sizes in Southwestern Michigan. This includes forming corporations, limited liability companies or other entities, buying or selling businesses or their assets, succession planning, advising clients on contract issues, and attending to many other issues that routinely face businesses and business owners. Greg also represents several area banks and has numerous contacts throughout the financial services field.

Greg is a member of both the State Bars of Michigan and Indiana. He is a frequent commentator to seminars on business law issues sponsored by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.

As with all Lewis Reed & Allen attorneys, Greg has been actively involved in community activities. Greg served on the Kalamazoo County Bar Association Board of Directors for six years and was President of the Association from 2000-2001. He is a former Board member and President of Residential Opportunities, Inc., which provides residential housing to developmentally disabled adults. Greg was previously on the Board of the Kalamazoo Humane Society and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Southwest Michigan Chapter of The Risk Management Association.
