Nicholas J. Daly was born in 1982 in Ludington, Michigan. Nick graduated from Western Michigan University in 2005 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. He graduated at the top of his class from Michigan State University College of Law in 2008.

As an associate attorney at Lewis Reed & Allen, P.C., Nick has the opportunity of being exposed to many areas of law. He now focuses primarily in both civil and commercial litigation, employment matters, and Bankruptcy.

Nick is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the Kalamazoo County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in the courts of the State of Michigan, as well as the U.S. District Court - Western District of Michigan.

Prior to attending law school, Nick had the opportunity to participate in internships at the Kalamazoo County Circuit Court and the U.S. District Court - Western District of Michigan. In law school, Nick served as board member of the Moot Court & Trial Advocacy Board. He was selected to compete in a National Trial Advocacy Competition, and served as Assistant Director for a National Trial Advocacy Competition hosted by Michigan State University College of Law. Nick even took advantage of the opportunity to practice law as a law student by participating in a Rental Housing Clinic operated by Michigan State University.
